About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can handle multiple creative requirements across brands and campaigns while also supporting team coordination. The role involves producing high-quality visual assets for ads, landing pages, social media, and marketing materials while ensuring creative consistency and fast execution.
  • In addition to design work, this role requires basic managerial capability. The designer should be able to organize tasks, coordinate with freelancers, and support the creative workflow by guiding junior designers or external contributors when required.

Creative Output Consistency:

  • Deliver high-quality design assets consistently across campaigns and brands
  • Maintain visual consistency across ads, social media posts, landing pages, and product creatives

Creative Efficiency and Speed:

  • Produce design variations quickly for campaign testing and scaling
  • Use AI-assisted design tools to improve production speed and efficiency

Team and Task Coordination:

  • Manage assigned design tasks and track progress across projects
  • Coordinate with freelancers and junior designers when required
  • Ensure smooth workflow within the creative team

Performance-Aligned Creatives:

  • Work with marketing and performance teams to design creatives aligned with campaign goals
  • Ensure creatives are optimized for digital platforms and audience engagement

Organized Asset Management:

  • Maintain structured design files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Ensure proper naming conventions and organized folder structures for all creative files

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Design creatives for ads, social media, landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Produce multiple creative variations for testing campaigns
  • Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate creative development
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual consistency
  • Coordinate with copywriters, marketers, and creative leads for creative alignment

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage creative tasks across campaigns and brands
  • Coordinate with freelancers or external designers for additional design work
  • Review completed creatives and ensure quality before final delivery
  • Maintain design templates, asset libraries, and organized file systems
  • Support upcoming campaigns with new creative concepts and formats

Skills and Competencies Required:

Design Skills:

  • Strong graphic design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, and composition
  • Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, and ad creatives
  • Ability to create visually engaging and performance-focused creatives

AI and Tool Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design platforms
  • Ability to generate and adapt creative variations efficiently

Managerial and Coordination Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to coordinate with freelancers and guide junior designers when required
  • Strong organizational skills and task management ability
  • Ability to lead small creative projects and maintain workflow discipline

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of graphic design experience in digital marketing or creative production
  • Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, digital assets, and campaign designs
  • Experience working with marketing or performance teams is preferred

  • Reports To: Creative Lead
    Works Closely With: Creative Team, Paid Media Team, Marketing Team, and Freelance Designers
