We’re looking for a highly skilled B2B Appointment Setting Expert who understands how to start real conversations with decision-makers — not just send generic outreach.
If you know how to identify buying signals, write relevant outbound messages, handle objections naturally, and consistently book qualified meetings, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting founders, CMOs, sales leaders, agency owners, and enterprise decision-makers
- Personalize outreach based on industry, company activity, hiring trends, funding signals, tech stack, or market movements
- Start conversations that feel human, relevant, and non-salesy
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for our internal sales team
- Follow up strategically across multiple touchpoints
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
- Work closely with strategy and campaign teams to improve reply and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and modern outbound strategies
- Ability to write concise, high-converting messages and follow-ups
- Experience targeting agencies, SaaS companies, enterprise brands, or B2B service businesses
- Confidence handling objections and continuing conversations naturally
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Clay, or similar platforms is a plus
