IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Bhopal team. The role involves handling technical support requests, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting international clients. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Manage and respond to requests through a ticketing system.
  • Assist with laptop setup, software installation, and system configuration.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT or a related field).
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
  • Experience working with ticketing/support management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to support clients from UK and UAE.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts when required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
