Field Sales Executive

Roles:

  • Field Sales Executive – Tenant & Owner Acquisition
  • Responsible for on-ground promotion and onboarding of users on the Tenors App
  • Act as the face of Tenors in assigned Noida sectors/societies
  • Drive adoption among landlords, property owners, and brokers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily field visits to societies, apartments, and broker offices
  • Pitch and demo the Tenors App to potential users
  • Onboard property owners and tenants on the app
  • Generate leads through referrals, cold visits, and local networking
  • Build relationships with RWAs, brokers, and property dealers
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly onboarding and revenue targets
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions
  • Provide basic support to users during onboarding

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales / real estate / fintech / SaaS (freshers with strong intent can apply)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with field work and daily travel in Noida
  • Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Local area familiarity preferred
  • Own bike/scooter (preferred but not mandatory)
