Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide desktop and application support to users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
- Support laptop setup, re-imaging, and peripheral installations.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT inventory and support documentation.
- Assist with office IT moves, events, and hardware deployments.
- Deliver excellent customer support and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking basics.
- Experience with helpdesk or desktop support tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
