Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels
- Follow up with candidates for feedback
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Negotiate salary within budget
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in Naukri sourcing
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements
