Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Screen resumes based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Coordinate interviews with technical panels
  • Follow up with candidates for feedback
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and database
  • Negotiate salary within budget
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
  • Strong experience in Naukri sourcing
  • Basic knowledge of Boolean search
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple requirements
