IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Provide desktop and application support to users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
  • Support laptop setup, re-imaging, and peripheral installations.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain IT inventory and support documentation.
  • Assist with office IT moves, events, and hardware deployments.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking basics.
  • Experience with helpdesk or desktop support tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
