Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across multiple skill sets
  • Handle bulk hiring and volume hiring for client projects within defined timelines
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Manage:
    • Interview scheduling
    • Interview coordination
    • Feedback tracking
    • Candidate communication
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand:
    • Technical requirements
    • Hiring priorities
  • Ensure strong candidate engagement and minimize drop-offs during the hiring process
  • Coordinate:
    • Offer rollouts
    • Follow-ups
    • Onboarding
    • Joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
  • Manage:
    • Hiring bandwidth
    • Requisition prioritization
    • Delivery expectations across multiple open positions
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring IT requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in:
    • IT Recruitment
    • RPO
    • Staffing
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Bulk hiring
    • Volume hiring
  • Strong ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience is mandatory
  • Good understanding of:
    • IT technologies
    • Technical hiring
  • Strong experience in:
    • Interview coordination
    • Candidate lifecycle management
  • Good understanding of:
    • Bandwidth management
    • Hiring prioritization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven hiring environment
  • Experience in maintaining:
    • Recruitment MIS
    • ATS data
    • Hiring reports
