Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM.
- Create and manage sales pipelines, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Automate lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Generate reports and analyze sales and marketing performance.
- Manage contact databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Configure and manage RingCentral phone systems and user accounts.
- Monitor call routing, IVR setups, extensions, and call queues.
- Troubleshoot telephony issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Generate call analytics and performance reports.
- Support integrations between RingCentral and CRM platforms.
- Manage and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and system settings.
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and optimize CRM processes.
- Support Zoho integrations with third-party applications.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, RingCentral, and Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM administration and workflow automation.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- HubSpot, Zoho, or RingCentral certifications are a plus.
