Hubspot Specialist

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM.
  • Create and manage sales pipelines, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
  • Automate lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
  • Generate reports and analyze sales and marketing performance.
  • Manage contact databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Configure and manage RingCentral phone systems and user accounts.
  • Monitor call routing, IVR setups, extensions, and call queues.
  • Troubleshoot telephony issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Generate call analytics and performance reports.
  • Support integrations between RingCentral and CRM platforms.
  • Manage and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation.
  • Configure user roles, permissions, and system settings.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and optimize CRM processes.
  • Support Zoho integrations with third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, RingCentral, and Zoho CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM administration and workflow automation.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration.
  • Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • HubSpot, Zoho, or RingCentral certifications are a plus.
