Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage education consultants/channel partners
  • Drive admissions and achieve monthly/annual targets
  • Support partners with program details, admission process, and updates
  • Conduct partner training, meetings, and engagement activities
  • Track leads, applications, and conversions through CRM/MIS
  • Plan outreach activities like seminars, fairs, and campaigns

Key Skills:

  • Strong networking and relationship management
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with knowledge of the admissions process

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 0–2 years’ experience in admissions/channel sales (education preferred)
