Overview:
This is not your typical sales job. You’ll help us crack global B2B textile markets, analyze market data, interact with international buyers, and drive exports of sustainable textile products.

Responsibilities:
- Grow B2B international business for sustainable textiles.
- Deep-dive into country-wise market data, pricing, and buyer behavior.
- Build smart market-entry and growth strategies.
- Handle the export journey from leads and samples to negotiations and orders.
- Run B2B marketing and outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, emails, and buyer lists.
- Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions.
- Host 1–2 international buyer factory visits annually.
- Interact daily with global buyers, brands, and sourcing teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, international sales, or export-related roles.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Mid to strong English communication skills.
- Curiosity about global markets and B2B business.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Comfortable with follow-ups and client interactions.
- Organized, proactive, and ambitious mindset.
Training & Employment Details:
- Full training will be provided.
- Trial Period: 1 month.
- Probation Period: 4–6 months (performance-based).
