- Job descriptions and employer branding content
- Develop SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and website traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and consistency.
- Create content calendars and support digital marketing campaigns.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Support brand-building initiatives through engaging storytelling and thought leadership content.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital content creation, or related roles.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, consulting, staffing, or B2B industries is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
