  • Write clear, compelling, and original content for:

    • Blogs & articles
    • Social media posts
    • Email campaigns
    • Marketing collateral
    • Case studies and company profiles
    • Job descriptions and employer branding content
  • Develop SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and website traffic.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and consistency.
  • Create content calendars and support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Support brand-building initiatives through engaging storytelling and thought leadership content.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital content creation, or related roles.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, consulting, staffing, or B2B industries is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of grammar, editing, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to research, simplify complex topics, and produce engaging content.
