Responsibilities:
- Transform long-form podcast and interview content into engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Clip engaging moments from podcast episodes and client interviews.
- Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, zoom-ins, transitions, and visual hooks.
- Replicate high-performing editing styles and content formats.
- Deliver edited content daily while meeting deadlines.
- Research social media trends, storytelling patterns, and viral content strategies.
- Collaborate with content strategists and creative teams to maximize engagement.
- Maintain high-quality editing standards and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of short-form content editing.
- Experience with subtitles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of audience retention and social media algorithms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
