These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and CallTracker Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the CallTracker Pro mobile application and website. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms of Service.

2. License and Restrictions on Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the application.
• Using the reverse lookup feature for harassment or illegal surveillance.
• Distributing or copying any part of the Service without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets in the Service and its contents (including the underlying source code), are owned by or licensed to CallTracker Pro. You are only permitted to use the Service as expressly authorized by these Terms.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1 Accuracy of Information

The reverse phone number lookup feature relies on public and third-party data sources. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any caller ID or location data provided. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CallTracker Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
