Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
- Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad market and customer landscape.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within Hyderabad and the surrounding areas.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
