The lookup feature utilizes multiple public and licensed data directories. While it is highly effective at identifying business numbers, spam risk scores, and general location/carrier data, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, especially for private or recently changed numbers.

Due to strict data privacy regulations (like GDPR and CCPA), we cannot display the personal names associated with non-publicly listed numbers. The tool provides carrier, location, and spam identification, which is typically sufficient to decide whether to return a call.

We only transmit anonymized data, such as crash reports, aggregated usage statistics (which features are popular), and the phone numbers entered for the reverse lookup feature (stripped of all personal identifiers).

Since your data is stored locally, simply uninstalling the CallTracker Pro application from your device will permanently remove all associated data files and settings created by the app.
