Recruitment:

  • US market Recruitment – hiring GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, universities, network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
  • Direct Hire- Capable of getting Candidates on our W2 (Working with vendors and CTC experience is not the desirable) Working with Applicant Tracking Systems – Job Diva/Bullhorn- CEIPAL(Proffered) maintaining database of candidates & maintaining good relationship with them.
  • Working with Job Boards- such as Monster/ Dice/ LinkedIn and prior experience managing job slots and Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
  • Sourcing technical candidates and recruit.
  • Great communication and soft skills.
  • Decent technical understanding to understand technical requirements and source the appropriate candidates.

W2:

  • US market Recruitment experience- Strong experience in hiring GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.

  • Working experience with Job Boards- such as CareerBuilder/Monster/ Dice/ LinkedIn and prior experience managing Job slots and Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
  • Experience in Sourcing technical candidates and recruit.
  • Exposure to VMS or who worked with direct client or W2 requirements.
  • Experience in working with the end clients
