Recruitment:
- US market Recruitment – hiring GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, universities, network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
- Direct Hire- Capable of getting Candidates on our W2 (Working with vendors and CTC experience is not the desirable) Working with Applicant Tracking Systems – Job Diva/Bullhorn- CEIPAL(Proffered) maintaining database of candidates & maintaining good relationship with them.
- Working with Job Boards- such as Monster/ Dice/ LinkedIn and prior experience managing job slots and Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Sourcing technical candidates and recruit.
- Great communication and soft skills.
- Decent technical understanding to understand technical requirements and source the appropriate candidates.
W2:

- Experience in Sourcing technical candidates and recruit.
- Exposure to VMS or who worked with direct client or W2 requirements.
- Experience in working with the end clients
