Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
  • Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Good understanding of the Hyderabad market and customer landscape.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within Hyderabad and the surrounding areas.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
